Mother's Day Bother

It's sunday again. It kinda crept up on me, even though logically it comes around once a week, every week. It's like people who "forget" that christmas is coming, and do all their present buying on december 24th.

Nadine's gone to work. She's kinda pissed about that because it's mothers day and she wanted to spend time with, well, you can probably guess.

Wii Fat?

We put a big mirror up in our living room a couple of weeks ago. Today, something's become dangerously obvious to me. I'm fat. Chubby, lardy, podgy, call it what you will.

I stepped on the scales just now, and it says I'm 110.6kg. Not good.

So I'm setting myself a challenge. By September 31st (6 and a bit months away) I want to be under 100kg - and I don't want to be a 42 inch waist with a spare tire.

Going to the gym never worked, so I'm contemplating going and buying a Wii and Wii Fit. Time to check out the price comparison sites...

Kentucky Fried Dilemma

It's the first day in a while today that I've had off work (I was supposed to be off on monday but Dan was ill so I ended up covering for him). Thoughts of a lie-in went out the window as I somehow agreed to drive Nadine in to work... I'm off to meet her for lunch at 2pm. She's talking of KFC for lunch but I had that yesterday. Should I? Shouldn't I?

A New (e-)Home

I've moved the site over from a fully-designed thing to this new page, hosted on Blogger.

Hopefully, it should allow easier access to my photos, videos, and everything else.
