Program With No Purpose Whatsoever

Earlier I said I was brushing up on my Visual Basic skills. I got bored, so I've made this little program. (Click below to download it)



It's got absolutely no purpose, and it's of pretty poor quality (took me about 20 minutes) so have a play and see what you think :-)

What's better than a hot girl in fancy dress? Hundreds of hot girls in fancy dress.

What's better than hundreds of hot girls in fancy dress? Hundreds of hot girls in fancy dress milling around the pub while you're having a drink because the "worlds biggest fancy dress party" attempt got cancelled by the police for inadequate licenses or something.

My Old Vodazap Pager

Wow. I just found my old pager in a box, from the days about 10 years ago before I had a mobile... and it works! I phoned up it's number - 07666 609970 - and a young lass answered "Good Evening, thankyou for calling Bill Bennett. Can I take your phone number please?" I gave a random number, she repeated it back, and said "OK, I'll get him to call you back. Bye!"

Great, I thought. Until I looked at how much it cost to call it. £1.60. ONE POUND SIXTY!!! Bugger me... maybe I'll stick with my mobile phone.

Webcam Launched

I've just launched my new webcam, it's pointed out of my living room window at the front garden, the street beyond, and the house across the road. Clicky [webcam no longer online] to take a peek. (And yes, as I write this it's very dark and you can't see anything - look in the morning!!)

Free Firewood! Oh, and I'm Engaged Too.

I haven't written anything here for a while, doh..
Nadine and i will be getting a new bed tomorrow, our home insurance paid out about £600 after we, you know, broke the old one. We'll be dismantling the old one tonight, so if anyone wants some firewood, come pick it up!
In other news, we're engaged! I realise this happened about a month ago, but i forgot to write about it, been too hectic thinking about it!
